Established in 2014, Indyagro Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian agro-based company engaged in the sourcing, processing and export of Psyllium Husk and Psyllium-based products.
Our journey has been built around a strong connection with the farming community and a commitment to delivering dependable agricultural products to customers across international markets.
We work closely with 1,000+ farmers across the regions of Nimbahera, Pratapgarh, Udaipur and surrounding areas, through a combination of contract farming and our Internal Cluster System (ICS). This enables us to maintain a closer connection with farmers and the crops grown at the source.
Organic farming is an important part of our agricultural operations. Based on market requirements, we provide farmers with suitable seeds and support them in cultivating the crop through responsible and organic farming practices, including the use of bio-natural inputs.
With our headquarters, factory and warehouse located in Nimbahera, we maintain a strong connection between our farming network and our processing operations, allowing the produce to move efficiently from the farm to our facilities and ultimately to global markets.

History

The story of Indyagro began long before the company was established in 2014.
Since the 1990s, Nana Lal Bhutra and Nilesh Bhutra have been actively involved in the trading of agro-based produce. Over decades of working closely with agricultural commodities, they developed deep knowledge of psyllium seeds, its trade and the dynamics of the market.
At the same time, Lalit Prakash Sharda, coming from a family with a strong agricultural and political background, brought a different yet complementary strength. With extensive farming resources and a deep-rooted connection with farmers across the region, he brought valuable practical knowledge of farming and agricultural communities.
In 2014, these three experiences came together to create Indyagro Pvt. Ltd. What began as a coming together of knowledge, agricultural resources and market understanding evolved into an integrated ecosystem connecting farmers, farming and processing.
In 2015, Mayank Sharda joined Indyagro as CEO, bringing a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Liverpool. His international business perspective added another dimension to the group's strategic growth, particularly in psyllium husk processing and agro-based businesses .
Today, Indyagro carries forward this combination of decades of trading experience, deep agricultural relationships, processing capabilities and international business knowledge— an ecosystem built around turning India's agricultural strength into quality products for the world.

We work with 1,000+ farmers across Nimbahera, Pratapgarh, Udaipur and surrounding regions, building long-term agricultural relationships through contract farming and our Internal Cluster System (ICS).
Our approach is designed around understanding market demand and working backwards to the farm—helping farmers cultivate the crops and varieties required by the market while maintaining a strong focus on quality and responsible agricultural practices.

Through contract farming and our Internal Cluster System (ICS), we maintain close relationships with farmers across our key farming regions. This enables us to stay connected with cultivation at the source and maintain a dependable supply of quality agricultural produce.
Organic farming is an important part of our agricultural operations. We work with farmers following responsible organic cultivation practices, including the use of bio-natural inputs, with a focus on producing clean and quality agricultural produce.
Our agricultural network also enables us to offer farmer’s seeds to global buyers, creating a direct connection to the source and origin of our products.
Once the crop is harvested, we procure the produce and bring it to our own facilities in Nimbahera, where it moves through our processing and warehousing operations. From farmer to facility, our focus remains on building quality, traceability and dependable supply.

Through contract farming and our ICS, we maintain strong connections with farmers and their cultivation practices. Organic farming forms an important part of this network, with farmers following responsible cultivation practices and using bio-natural inputs where applicable.
After harvest, the produce is procured and brought to our own processing and warehousing facilities in Nimbahera, where it moves through the next stages of the supply chain.
